On topic year car, off topic subject. I thought this was so rebel-like: '64 GTO called "The Gray Ghost" running with the later model Mustangs and Camaros in the late 60's/early 70's Trans-am series racing.

I need to be on here more, there's some great artists here. Here's something I did recently for this weekend's Retro Rewind show...

 

...and here's some art I did this past spring for the Primus tour, figured it was relevant enough? This was screenprinted and sold at the show it advertises.

My lil contribution this week... I had my air cleaner pinstriped by Tony's Pinstriping in Glendale, AZ yesterday.

 

I'm required to be a butt man because I'm always making an 'ass' of myself. Ha ha!

( I know… I'm a 'bum'…)

 

Very cool to see someone working with pastels! These are great! Pastels were my first love for painting, maybe I need to get them back out.

Hi Keith! Speaking of rear ends… (sorry)… it's not your's but like your's. I learned to drive in Mom's formerly white over Colonial yellow '69 Coupe De Ville. (it was copper over copper by this time sadly) I drove that car to Driver's Ed as well as my first date. Brothers forgot to add oil and 2 cylinders seized up. all the money had gone into the body and paint so that was that. A couple years later, we borrowed a photographer friend of Dad's black over Shalimar Gold '69 Coupe de Ville. Great looking car, wish I could have boughten that one. The Cad you see is a combo of those cars>>> (Mom had a red '60 Galaxie Country Sedan aka wagon prior...)




I also earned my driving stripes in Dad's Mount Vernon Cream 76 Buick Estate wgn after passing through a couple blue Country Squires. Brother had a '69 Chevelle (Butternut yellow) I had a Sandalwood gold '66 Impala wagon (sedan here, maroon) and the family had 3 Bugs, One red, One Yellow and one dk Green (now a custom mixed Corvette Orange with orange crushed velour interior, very 70's)




My best friend in High School had a Met. blue '66 Monza sedan and his dad a '76 Pinto wagon. The big Ponch is just 'cause they're cool...

 

From one bum to another...guess I'm tail gatin' Jigger ... "16 Chalmers Whadaya Get"...

I really dig the picture with the '54 Merc sportin' the raccoon tail ...very cool! (The car ain't bad either!) All kiddin' aside though, Jigger... I really like the detail and color scheme of this Merc... awesome!
