Pretty happy here.

If I think of all the time I have spent here and figure a dollar value or all the words I've typed and think of the novel I've might have written I might get a little concerned. Then I think of the people I've met and interacted with and some I've had the privilege of meeting in person then I see value in the time I've spent on this site. Even more so in the folks I now call friend.

I must be addicted, I still take time to explain the meaning of my HAMB licence plate Topper to strangers.

 

Gotta check in several times a day to stay current on the parts classified. Before responses were prevented, I posted ''sold'' on a part 4 minutes after the thread was started. Damn near got beat out by another guy! So that's my reason.

I'll admit it, I AM ADDICTED! It's my fix when I can't be cruising somewhere or out tinkering around. I love the HAMB. It surprises me when I talk to someone who says they're a "hotrodder or car guy" and doesn't know about the HAMB. I think to myself, that's why you don't know anything.

I shot my mouth off and have been chomping at the bit to reply to this thread all day,but I am a man of my word and was able to wait for the new year. HRP

 

This is really the last time I will be here this year. (It's still 2014 here for less than 30 more minutes)

Thank god 2014 is over,This years to do list contact rickybop,I cant get away from the hamb either,My life has been falling apart lately ,Went from carguy to musician ,married to divorced, selling the 32 ford pickup,then deciding to build another car so I can keep it.What a year and thank god for the hamb.new build with pics coming.

Certainly not! I can control it. I'm gonna quit, just as soon as I read a few more posts on early hemis, hotrod sports cars. Rileys, Frontenacs, v860 Arduns, and.......

 

I was addicted, but am not longer since the forum formatting changed. Spending more time with the old farts on Ford Barn now. I'd say I spend only (maybe) 5 minutes a week doing a few keyword searches for new threads now.

 

Girlfriend says I spend more time on the HAMB than talking to her, or something like that!
