1951 Desoto Carryall. Has title. This is a slightly harder to find model that has the rear seat that folds down for hauling items. I believe all the special pieces that make up the rear fold down seat are present. The wood will have to be replaced for sure. Floor boards are rusted through in the front and thin in the back. Most interior pieces are present but need to be refurbished. Has free turning engine and tranny. Engine is missing some parts. Engine is the longer 25 inch flathead 6. Has gas tank with some small pinholes in the top. Has decent looking radiator. Tires look good in the pictures and hold air, but are dry rotted and shouldn't be driven on. Rear brakes were locked up but have since freed up quite a bit after towing the car around for a while. Body seems to be in pretty good shape with some surface rust and some small holes along the bottom. At least 2 windows are broken and one windshield side. 5 of the grill teeth are in excellent shape with some minor issue on the chrome 1 of the grill teeth has been broken and there is one missing. I just have them bolted in right now with 1 bolt. The side light housing are sitting behind the grill. More pictures and details upon your request.
