I checked threads here and read the Howells horror stories and a couple of successful ones. Which place would folks here recommend for model T sheet metal and wood parts?
Don Lang's! HAMB member and THE BEST Model T Ford Parts supplier in the World! Check out his website www.modeltford.com Bob
Hoods, fenders, running boards, and splash aprons are all made by Rootlieb http://www.rootlieb.com/ Most of the smaller body patch panels are made by Howells http://www.fordor.com/ If you want panels from Howells, either buy them on EBAY, or go through a dealer like Don Lang. Took me about three months and multiple proddings from Langs to get some panels for a '23 runabout body https://www.modeltford.com/ Snyders has panels that were made in Sweden. I bought some for my '16 touring and they were beautiful (not cheap) http://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/ I generally make my own wood, but one supplier is Cubels. I have heard they can be slow as well http://www.fordwood.com/ Those are some of the main players in the game
