Customs 1957 PONTIAC PATHFINDER WAGON HELP NEEDED

Hi hambers have a 57 pontiac. 4 door wagon it's the pathfinder from canada
I want to put disc brake conversion kit with 2 inch drop
Spindles does 57 chevy interchange??
Thx guys for any help

 

If it truly is a Canadian wagon, chassis parts should interchange with Chevrolet. Is it a 6 or a v8?
