Not sure if this counts or not... and I am late... But messing around with my Vinyl machine...

  17. Late to the show again, which is not so unusually for me any more...
Cruisin ... I like your photo of the Pontiac
Tom ... very cool lighting and lights on on the Riviera.

I've been laser cutting world series swag for the locals so I have nothing burnt to show here. Actually tried drawing something by hand last week.

Thanks to EVERYONE for kind comments and likes,...it really means a lot. Have not really painted a great deal over last few years, but since finding this site mid-year, the itch has come back, and seeing how fantastic the art is here and the encouragement you have given, I have dusted off the brushes and are revisiting a few works and set to create more,...so it's all your fault!
    many thanks

It's great to see the talent never goes to waste on the F.A.S.
That Pontiac pic really came together (the images have been compressed, which loses a bit of clarity "originally shot in RAW")

    Here's the large version.

These were and are one of the most beautiful cars ever... for me it was my 1st hot rod (back in 1967); 3 deuce 389 with T-10 out of a wrecked Corvette... I really dig seeing that corner angle of that tail again! :)

GaryC - I love the choices of cars you have been choosing to work up and show us these last few weeks - whether invented by you or real - your versions are really outstanding.
Steve (Spoggie) - you really got me going with that beautiful image of that very cool little Zephyr wagon - I am imagining owning that with a small block (Ford or Chevy) in it.
Bob - stunning oil painting treatment on that roadster and its owner - beautiful colors and scene.
Rustomiser - that old yellow sled is so cool - love your composition with such a nice sky and your technique.
Cruisin' - those AirFlow pics are my favorite from you this week - especially that perfectly framed front view
Ken (kenmo - diggin the warm saturated colors and especially dig that great shot of the roadster pickup and its crisp reflections on the sedan next door
rrbrucea - very well conceived and executed abstracts.
Tom - thanks for more great shots from RJR.
    BOMONSTER - Welcome back!
Hellfish - that is one bitchin' lamp! Beautiful!
Mark(jigger) - my favorite from you this week is that very dynamic mid 50's rival brands road race sketch.
robber - I love the ethereal glow your images all have - very cool! Thanks for your comments.
beebing - I am not that much into Halloween theme images but that is excellent!

    Have a great week everyone.

  24. Thank you Dan. I always appreciate your photography work and this week's brick streets theme is outstanding.

  25. Thanks Dan! Marc (beebing), dig the Invicta, Cruisin', great shots. I have to fall in on the extra lovin' on that big Pontiac as well. One of my favorite cars well represented in your art work.

I know I missed a couple people who's contributions made this one great show… see ya all next week, it should be 'Spook'tacular!!!

I painted like 20 T doors for an awesome dude 'round here. Can't post them all but it was alot of fun.

  29. So Mark, your sketches based on the '59 Impala body? I like the bat on the side view trim...is that a modified Impala's trim? Very cool!

  30. Dan and Jigger; thanks for those kind words, they are greatly appreciated.
I must admit, The F.A.S really brings out awe inspiring work.
Tom D, your images just totally blow me away. The crispness, tone and composition just make me melt.
Corvette Bob's style, the more you look the more you see.
All the photo's posted make me strive to try new ways of improving and developing my own skills.
There is so much to be said about each and every piece that personally fires my inspiration.
    Cheers,
    David
