How about the most radical, hamb friendly 32-4 coupe ever?

I'm wanting to do a 32-4 coupe in a truly jaw dropping, shock value way. Not ratty, super nice, but over the top. Need a few ideas. Anyone got a car that hits home here?

Just saw a 31 coupe over the weekend that was sporting a blown V-12 from a Zephyr. That's a nice start!

That will be a tough one, the HAMB is full of those already. Subscribed though...

Trying to out do yourself are ya?
Ever consider trying to make a underdog, (genrally considered ugly car by commoners), radically cool?

I think that bottom pic is a scan from a magazine. I remember cutting it out and taping on the wall in my bedroom. Late 80's, early 90's maybe?

I think you could pull off a show rod theme. Chopped, hard channel, canted headlight horse collar style grill, 6 deuce anything motor, straight pipe non collector headers straight back, 58 chev taillights maybe some rear pan styling, tinted blue plexi roof insert, candy blue to pearl white fade, shrome front end on mini coilovers, chrome rear, chrome reverse wheels.

I'm thinking about a 6" chop, 3" channel, a little wedge section and narrowing it up by 3". Chop off the back and put a set of 41 international hoods up front. All of this will be done on a 34 ford 3w coupe. I just need to finish my willys first.

  24. With your skills, it'll look terriffic.

The PPE started out as a coupe with the back cut off. Have you considered starting with a '34 Ford 4-door sedan? It would aleviate the need to chop off the back. Probably cheaper too.

The nose treatment sounds alot like the Chrisman/ Barris/ Dobie Gillis coupe and the more recent Woodward Special roadster.

I'm not chopping off the whole back. Just the last 4".

Channel it the width of the frame -- early V8 coupes lend to a nice deep channel so well.

It's refreshing to see you back posting, especially when you announce about a new build. You don't need any input from us......................your previous work more than speaks to your talent of taking lemons and making lemonade. If you haven't already got the beast finished be sure to take along for the ride..............................pictures, pictures, pictures.
