Hot Rods Whats good to clean

Whats a good safe product to clean a powder coated frame, and a acrylic enamel painted floor, of some light oil and grease grime without doing harm.

 

Warm soapy water is all I use with some kerosine to get rid of the bugs and hard to remove grime.

 

Hot soapy water, and diluted (50/50) simple green on the stubborn areas.
