I wouldn't want to guess how much they cool, but they have to - simple surface area is much larger. Gotta help some. How much is anyone's guess.

 

I know this is ten years old but how did these heads work out? Did they make the reversed pop up pistons? I'm studying a lot of the older flathead post and really imaginative ideas are brought up but rarely are the results given.
