Technical Lowering the rear of a '32 Roadster the traditional way

    It's not the reversing that makes it "grow", it's the de-arc.

    Today I took all of your advice and reversed the eyes myself with a press. Took about 30-45 minutes and was no big deal. Thanks HAMBers.

    Evidently DeucemanLtl hasn't read the article. Or taken some before and after measurements.

    But I suppose you could reverse one and keep the eyes the same, but there's no way to de arch one and keep the same Eye to Eye

  7. Yes I know, it's a little poofy.
    Then you need to de arch it to get the same arc. And as we all know de arching a spring makes it bigger in the eye to eye dimension.
