New build

    I'm going to do a build thread for my car it's a 109" car slant six 3 speed 8.25 rear 3:55 gear a model axel 16x3 wires up front rears are for set up has a eelco tank t model grill and a ross steering box

    As of right not there is $775 in the car that's with the motor tranny and DOM

    Great to see another HA/GR being built. We love watching the progress in a build thread, words are good, but pictures help others with ideas. Nice old Ross steering box and butterfly wheel. Keep up the good work, building the dragster is 90% of the fun.

    Nice tank, Think about using steel straps to hold your tank in place. I used the original 60's setup with springs inside clear tubing and our local NHRA Tech guys have commented that they feel I have gone a little to "Nostalgic" and it needs to be more solid.

    I can understand that. This one someone welded some tabs off it to mount it not a nice job but works and for the $20 I paid for the tank I can deal with it
