The archives were originally formed because of a format change in 2001. When we changed formats way back then, these specific threads could not be reformatted, so we put them in an archive just to save them. With our latest format change earlier this year, those threads were able to be saved and reopened. So, I did that and moved those threads back into the main forum. If you would like to see the art archive again, you still can. Just go here: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/forums/the-hokey-ass-message-board.5/ Now, scroll to the bottom of the page where is says "thread display options." Click that. For your prefix, choose "Art & Inspiration" and then click "set options." Once done, you will be viewing all threads relevant to art and inspiration.
all the threads that were in the Tech Archives are still searchable trick is you need to remember something specific to the thread like the title for instance: Build Thread Index
