Crap...here I thought it was located in MISSISSIPPI... Have fun...we've got Crusin' the Coast coming the first week in October down here!! Now that's a group of cars to make a trip for!
The wife & I are gonna be there ...probably a dozen or so others from the Rochester area also planning on it .. Fishnuts got a question for ya ... can ya give me a good crusin route to Wild cat Mountian from la Crosse & then to Desoto .

I got all signed up a few days ago ! Anxious to get there, and reunite with some good friends, make some new ones,as well as enjoy myself. Looks like a great time.
There is a road closure on Hwy 33 out of LaCrosse, so you will have to take I90 out of LaCrosse to Bangor. Then south on 162 to a little burg called Middle Ridge. Take a left(east) on Hwy 33 and it goes directly to Wildcat Mt. Watch out for the Amish buggies and check your brakes before leaving. Very fine cruising thataway.....The way back to Desoto is very complicated. Basically back on 33 all the way to Cashton. In Cashton you'll want to take a left onto Hwy 27 until you get to Viroqua. Then I you will take a right on, I believe its Hwy 56. Follow that to Genoa, Genoa is right on the River. From Genoa you hang a Right on 35 and go south to Desoto. Very beautiful drive!! This is all from memory, so check your map!!!
