Hey George. I'm just about to get mine registered. I need to get the seats made and I'll be ready. There is a JZR being built in Atlanta and also a Triking there. Maybe one day we can all get together. How about Amelia Island weekend?

Hi Fred, it sounds good to me. I recently sold my enclosed trailer and dually, so Atlanta may be a bit of a long drive, but Amelia Island sounds good.

This kills me whenever I see it. Such an interesting design.

I just want to leave a word of appreciation to you guys for this thread. I've followed it for years and it's long been my favorite slice of the hamb. For the sheer volume alone, but as much for the knowledge, history, and design insight.

Unfortunately I tend to skip a lot of the banter and info until I hit a car that stands out, so forgive me if this has probably been discussed already. Is there an event of substance in Michigan or the immediately surrounding states? Multi-state roadtrips are simply out for me these days but I would love to be able to drink these in.

Olson, don't know of any events for just cyclecars in Michigan.I think there may be an event featuring British cars close to you.As for the Fabric Frazer-Nash it is a fairly well known car from it's beginning.

This Frazer-Nash was built for Mrs. Elizabeth Burt. Sometimes referred to as "OWLET". 12773435703_cb59456b7b_z.jpg 12773718124_5bd58eff07_z.jpg dsc6489v.jpg

Thanks. I'll see what turns up if I broaden the scope a bit.

Yes, that Frazer-Nash is one of my favorites of the closed car variety. One other that I'm also intrigued by is the Imp c-cab panel truck. While most of it is covered pretty well via the other models, I've only seen the panel in this shot. I do some scale modeling, and one of these days I intend to make one in 1/16. A shot of the rear isn't all that hard to imagine, but would be even better to see.

I've seen that before. I thought then that it might be an Elgé, about which there is very little information anywhere, but it differs significantly from the only photo I have been able to find:

There is a distinct 1927 Delage look about that Fiat

Bob it is definitely a fiat but it is just remarkable how similar it is to the successful Delage of the same year. Both are beautiful machines.
