Customs What are these long fender skirts from?

A friend gave me these skirts
He got them cleaning out a house and garage. Prior owners were not around to give any info. I looked at a lot of online photos of fender skirts, and am stumped
I'm thinking 60s GM....maybe Buick, Cadillac, Pontiac
They seem longer than most
I could supply measurements if that would help.

From looking at 53 Olds pictured it looks like these were used on at least the 98 and Fiesta models
