I tried to save the pic as an single shot but it wouldn't let me ?
My question is about the rock face car club plaque paintings..... does anybody know where this site was in the SF Valley .... I'm thinking Chatsworth by the rock and was wondering if the rock face was still there ?

This brought back distant memories....I remember seeing all the time in the early 50's....thinking it must have been on the Supulveda pass into the valley that we drove a lot

 

Boy I sure love the pic of the cats workin on the rearend of ole 296! Soooo much to see in that pic!!! Wish I had the details!!!

 

Always loved old catalogs.
I have a few hundred old racing catalogs from the 60's up through the early 80's

They remind me of the good old day's of racing.
