Technical straight axle Tire help please

I am wanting to run these 14 inch original radar wheels on my nova but can't seem to find any decent looking tires. Brian at Bz said I needed bias ply to make it handle right as it will have a straight axle soon . I have searched the forums and all the decent looking tires seem to be out of production . Any advice ?

I put 6.00-15 fronts and L78-15 rears on mine. I got 15" wheels, though. It handles ok with the bias plys, not spectactular. It handles quite a bit better with radials, but doesn't look right.
