I just got the flathead in my 53 Merc last weekend and got it runnin and on the street. It's got a 3 speed with overdrive. I didn't take the motor and tranny out.(they were in the trunk when I bought it) So puttin it back has been a bit tricky. I can't seem to get the overdrive to kick in. I need some help. I'm not shure how to check the electrical part. ???
