    Hey Matt,
You should start a thread on the bike too!
You're just about the luckiest guy I know, having both of those cool,V8 powered missiles in your garage!:)

Second that about the E J Potter bike. Are you bringing the roadster to the Detroit Dragway Reunion for display?

I want to commend your dedication for this build. I, like many have just read it for the first time.
The Potter bike-seen him ride that thing at the Erie Colo dragstrip years ago. If I remember right he ran a street tire on back and would take it in to dealer for mileage warranty after a few passes.

Keep up the great work you have going on!

Awesome project!!! Try a smaller electrode like 1/16" in your tig torch, looks like your using a very large electrode which can make it more difficult to weld the thin steel pieces.

Sorry I never got around to starting a thread in the EJ bike. The bike did end up going to the Concoursd'Elegance. Here are some picture from when we were working on it.

Thanks a bunch for posting those Matt!

That bike has been one of my favorites for years. The only thing I can't understand is,where did EJ find room on that bike to carry both himself, and the huge balls he must have had too!:D

Great job on both the car and the bike,Man!
Keep up the good work, and keep us posted please!

I haven't had two much time to work on the roadster in the past couple of months, but I have been collecting some more parts for the project and re-making some small parts
