Hi all, I'm running a stock master cylinder on my '51. Just put a new one on and now the brake pedal arm is binding against the frame. Did I miss a spacer on the bolts between the frame and the MC or something? Any help appreciated!

Here's a shot of the bracket. Is the back supposed to be pitched out like that? I feel like that's pushing the arm into the frame up front.

I just did a master cylinder swap on my wife's '49 and I don't remember there being a raised area on the m/c mount. That raised area could definitely be affecting pedal travel and positioning.
