Who' going to Louisville in August?........Any of the Greybeard Bunch going?

 

Yep. Last I saw something from Don Da34guy, it didn't sound as if he was going to make it. I don't recall any other Greybeards ever showing up only some of Don's Oklahoma friends.

Tanner, Nope ain't gonna make it, But Buddy Green( the 1 who had the little heart problem goin to LARS) should be there, also Kentucky Joe, Charlie Edwards, Jeff Johnson (with the yellow 37 hiboy) and Fast Eddie (Injun Eddie outta Lawton) will all be there. Don't spend all of my $$'s in 1 place.

 

Road trip for me, 20 miles to the main gate Any one with kids the amusement park on the fairgrounds property is back open now and is getting good reviews. Big water park and rides.

I plan on going.

 

Will be going with 5 other cars, leaving Wednesday early.
FWIW Smokehouse BBQ on Bardstown Rd. outstanding.

I'm going down on Friday, I'll never waste my time and $ on Sunday again! I couldn't get off work and thought it would be better than not going at all, boy was I wrong.

 

Working my tail off getting the cabrio ready to be inspected and licensed. It will be the first real event for me to get to go to in this car....can hardly wait. tim

 

Will be selling in the swap meet. Halibrand wheels and copies, nailhead valve covers, shifters, etc, etc.

 

I'm going for the first time.

Their greens and fish are to die for !!

I will be there, hoping to get a hotel on the strip. If my 56 Chevy isn't finished in time I'll be taking my 47 Ford. 11 Hour drive for me but I'll be there Wednesday eve.

 

Going but my house ate my car money. I get a new furnace instead of a running car

 

Leaving weds, running down I-65 early morning. Two 32 sedans and a 5 window, all black.

 

Sorry we've had a change of plans and will not be making it to Louisville this year.

I will be going and this is my first as I am from down under. I started a thread about a month ago and am going to meet up with as many H.A.M.B members as possible...as well as a few other hot rod legends/celebrities. I will be coming over with a group of 13 others from all over Australia. We fly in Tuesday night.

gonna try to. right now the el camino is down, I'm working about 12 hrs a day, plus Saturday. If I cant drive it I'll drive my 52 p.u.

 

mtw fdu: Wednesday registration begins at 9am. I'll be there about that time so if you can make it over to Papa Johns Stadium (outside gate 4) look for my car. I'll hang around there for a while then meet a couple of guys over at the fairgrounds to get our tent set up. Tim
