They come with the pieces to put the same shifter on either a TH350 or a Powerglide. Mine did anyway. I put it on a Powerglide, which means there are some leftovers around here somewhere for the TH350 . If I can find it, you can have it.....but I have to find it first.

Well, I went out to my shed and found that box of parts. It's more mounting parts than linkage. The other linkage parts must be shared with the Powerglide, and are on my car.

I couldn't remember exactly which parts were left over. Here's what I have. It's yours free of charge if you can use it.

"Old Dog" Street Rod Shop in St Louis MO sells Gennie Shifter kits and parts. They have a site on-line.

Guys, it's just a length of 5/16" rod stock threaded with a pair of female heim joints and jamb nuts. Just crawl under the car and make it. Simple.

Call up they guys at gennie themselves! They are still in business and will help you out. I stood in their store and talked with the counter guys just a few days ago.

They're closing down the "speed shop" that was here in denver and going to just gennie stuff.

You are welcome, wish it was what you needed. The shifter was given to me,so I would gladly give the leftovers to someone that could use them.

I've used both Gennie and Lokar, and vastly prefer the Gennie.
Glad you guys are still around!

  24. I put a Gennie in my 51 fleetline with a TH350. Great product!
