This lic frame was never mounted on a car but would look good on a kustom or Rod. I will include a 1951 Cal plate that could be registered to your car in Cal. The frame has hinges and a plexiglas cover to protect your plate. This will look good in yuor office or on a car or the garage wall . I don't think you will see another one. you pay shipping.
