I think it is just too cool and you do some great work. I would rather see some of these than all the bling bling on some rides......keep it up..

  3. Not really door lettering, but tail fin lettering is close enough right? ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1401238456.117874.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1401238469.415787.jpg

  12. I saw this thread pop back up and scanned through it to see one that I thought was in here, but I see a lot of dead picture links. Probably sacrificed to the HAMB gods.

It was a truck with a welding company logo that said something about "Blacksmith and Welding -- Electric and Acetylene" with lightening bolt and flame. Sound familiar to anyone?

It's not truck doors but I thought it was kinda cool. A friend if mine is redoing the '65 Cammer Mustang that Les Ritchey ran back in the day. I lettered the car using 4 books of gold leaf using nothing more than a couple old magazines for reference! Thanks for the kind words on the "Dale's Speed Shop" doors!

cant help but notice the Moonlighter in the background! Classic restored Gasser! Both are an inspiration for sure.

I remember that one - it was in a "old truck found should I get it" type of thread, seems like maybe it was in Ozarks or Arkansas.
