Vintage shots from days gone by!

It nice to see what a real gas station lookes like again.

What we call gas stations today look nothing like the real gas stations did years ago.
I miss the day's when they really offered services like can we check you oil or clean your windows.

Those day's are long gone for ever.

Old photo's always make me realize just how could things used to be and even the gals back then looked better wearing their cloths.

What are those things bolted on the Chevy's wheels? Some kind of tiedown?

 

Some keep saying things were better in the past - not sure if one would think that here if your 4 year old bailed out the passenger side door and fell off the third or fourth deck in this parking garage with almost non-existent rails...
