image.jpg Always smooth my engines of all casting flash, done my fair share of metal polishing, ceramic clear coat the polished parts so that they need zero maintenance - just a wipe down - and use stainless button heads or 12 point ARP fasteners and nuts wherever technically feasible. Been doing this for forty years. OCD? You betcha!

  4. Well done sir!!

331 Hemi.jpg Not mine, but it's not often you see an early hemi that looks like this that they campaign every weekend. He was leading his class in the SHRA when I took this picture.

And, yea, Weasel's post reminded me of it. :D

  8. image.jpg Coolest thread on the HAMB right now, so I'm doing my best to keep it real....... Anyhow, here's the mill I built for my old 1937 Plymouth gasser that is now owned by Corncobcoupe. If you look close, it's one clean machine. I spent some bucks on Gates brand heat shrink hose clamps. I just ordered the (sweet) heads for my current engine tonight. Like I said, give me a couple weeks - she's gonna be a beauty. And Cob, my new engine will smoke yours! Hee hee hee:rolleyes:.......
