How to report a scammer?

Where can I list a jerk's email address who sent me a private message regarding my part wanted post and tried to get me to send a money gram? I Googled his email address and found that he tried the same scam at another web site. I want to warn others.

I got a pm from jim301who stated he had a 37-40 IH windshield for me and to contact him @ [email protected]

I told him I was very interested and would like pics, truck year and where it was located before I committed.

His reply:

Again, I told him I would gladly send $ today if he would provide a pic, year of the truck it came from and where it was coming from.

Todays reply:

Red flags are that he just became a member on Monday, won't tell me the year of the truck, where he's from. I could understand not being able to send pictures.
