I bought this coupe without the frame I have since built a frame and mounted the body to it. I'm not sure where to start the doors are way off. The car (32 ply) has very little wood in it so it's pretty rigid.
I was at a very similar position with my 1931 -1932 plymouth 2door PA. A month ago. I started to push a little here and pull a little there to se when the alignment went in the right direction. I ended up placing a small distance under the firewall to frame mount and pulling the door opening together att the bottom with a lashing strap. After that i just needed small adjustments before I weleded the door to the body with some dots untill I get the body stiff (by weldi g the floor in and changing some of the wood to steel).
Is your shop too small to step back, and get a picture of the whole side of the car? Looks like the firewall is too high, relative to the rear of the body. You might be able to shim the body up, just behind the door hinge pillar. Might take some work to get everything to settle back to where it should be.

The supports were called the "sills." They fit on top of the frame rails and are shimmed underneath to align the body. Here are the new ones on my Model PB Plymouth -- very similar to your Model PA.
