I'm looking to put 1941 super deluxe bumpers on my 35. I have one now but before I buy another I need a little education. The one I have now has the Ford script on it. Is this a front or a back? Or was the script on both. Also: (1) Did they both have the same arch and length? (2) Is there a tried and true combo that works best? (Use 2 fronts, 2 backs or front in front and back in back) I figured before I buy another I should ask the all mighty HAMB. Thanks for any help you can give.
I stand corrected, gents. I thought the script was on both front and rear but it's been a long time since I had my '41.
Here's a shot of the back Edit. I don't know if it's showing up?? Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
41 woody wagon (rear) bumper has a slight dip in the center to allow for clearance of the spare tire. They are harder to come by but unique and don't carry the Ford script. Not sure how it would look on the front/rear of a 36 though? Good luck in your search.
It's my buddy's car. I'll ask next time I see him. Here's one of the back Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
