how do i put pics in my messages? HELP!

I would like to post some pics for you, but i can't figure out a way to get them in the messages...can anyone help me?

it says that the pics are too big..what can i do about that?

Photo shop it; I have Photosuite II. First go to 'adjust', then 'resize', then 'save as', in 'jpeg', which will get it as small as you need.

 

Open the pic in microsoft paint and select image and the stretch and skew. Put a lower number like 75% of smaller and then save and try again.
