Hell .........its got it all- Trad /early Ford- /fat fenders-/RPU-/4x4 -/offroad- /S10-/ chopped-....What more could a guy want? Wonder if a Caddy bench seat will fit facin the rear of bed.......??
That's my cousin's/wife's truck! She's mighty proud of it, too! Not a bad job she's doin if you ax me, hell, she's only 12!
It's a truck. Maybe it was put together to do some actual WORK?!? Coulda been worse. Coulda been one of them ugly new Ford "stepside" boxes. Hell, the '55-'59 stepside box never looked right on a '60-'66 either, but that didn't stop GM from doing it!
See if I can sneek this in before this gets locked.-MIKE She'll be loads more fun once I gets the plow hooked up!
I'd roll in that Ford. Seriously. Frizby and I were talking to the hillbillies in the junkyard about my truck. He said that we oughtta check out his. It was a mid 70's Chevy with a later Ford step side bed. It actually looked pretty good. He kept telling us how much work it was to put in on there. I said, "at least you didn't have to make the bed out of a car" Ha Ha Ha
i just seen one of the nicer "new bed" conversions in i think the newest issue of rodders digest. it was a 48-53 chevy truck, with a newer S-10 bed fitted, narrowed a bit to fit between the modified stock chevy fenders, the only thing not right with it was it still had the s-10 taillights, but the shape was right on, looked a lot like a modernized version of the 50's studebaker beds.
As long as we're on the subeject, off the suject as the case may be, I always thought this one was neat
theres a 63 chevy truck witha later model chevy stepside bed that runs around my town. it looks good too
