About
My interest in early model cars started fairly early with my father being a mechanic as well as doing body work. So I spent a lot of summer vacations in the shop cleaning tools and bugging my dad for bigger projects. Over the years my tastes refined from from being star struck infront of my grandfathers '57 Chevy Belair, to erroneously coveting Marlene Dietrich's Duesenberg, the 1940 1/2 ton Pick up in the Andy Griffith Show, and then seeing a 1932 Tudor sitting in a field in KS. The creativity, to envision a project, the level of workmanship, percision and attention to detail, to materialize that vision, should be highly respected. Plus doing the work yourself builds character, even if there is a whole lot of cussing and beer drinking. All and all when I get my hands on that 40' pick up,I'll be as happy as a fat kid eating cake.Interact
