Well, Dad was always into cars and was a bodyman, until he retired a couple of years ago. I grew up around everything cars, from street rods to muscle cars. He was either restoring one for himself, or on the side for a buddy. In my earlier years I always loved to help. He taught me how to do body work, paint, etc. Then I joined the Coast Guard, I was an aircraft technician, worked on turbines, drivetrain, rotor heads, electrical, advanced composites, and structural. I loved it all, especially the painting. After nine years, I separated, and immediately after got back into cars. My current project is the Willys, after 3 years it has gone from bare start to ready for paint - just can't decide on the paint yet.
