No, the closest thing I've got is 16" smoothies, inner nubs but a different size and no vents holes. If you're trying to avoid wv your best bet...
At the very least, don't use [I]those[I] wheels. Find some nice ones, I wouldn't trust that weld repair on the spokes

FW's are the most common rally wheel, but there are people still want them. It might be worth about $50-75.

5.5" will give you more options with original Ford wheels but 4.5" will give you more new options.
You can do it using some adapters I sell, but to be honest, it doesn't look very good on a open fender car.
