I became interested in streetrods and hotrods sometime back. I recently built a 1933 Ford roadster. I spent 7 years building it from scratch with a limits on time and budget. I eventually finished her and she's on the road. Since then I've got married and have had three sons. I've recently bought a 1948 chevy wreck that I'd like to get on the road as soon as possible so that the whole family can hit the road and cruise. Unlike the roadster this is a steel vehicle and we want to rat rod it without too much "rat". I'd like it on the road without too much hassle and no chrome or billet but keep it as "real" as I can but with improvements
