I dont know this to be true, but I think that plumbing behind the header is some kind of power brake assist or setup. It looked like a brake...

The frame may be the reason for the funny proportions?.?.
I havent figured out the frame yet, but that didnt look Ford to me, but it had buggy springs front and rear.
