Grandfather & Father were shadetree and later on became dealership mechanics back when you had to "make" the parts needed (30's-50's). They allowed me to hang out in their garages and get greasy back when I was a young'n of six. Grandfather had a fenderless '30 Model A he tinkered with; my father bought a '56 Plymouth Belvedere (Ivory w/Gold side trim). It was super fast in '57 when he purchased it. Was in the family until 1972. Built my first model car in 1957 and have had motor oil runnin' through my veins ever since.
