It all started in the 70's when my brother and I hack sawed a pair of forks off a bike we found and slammed over the forks of another bike. Now we we had a chopper........and then it kept going! Wooden go carts, dirt bikes, and then came the Chevelle, my first car. I blew that up rather quickly, so now it's engine time. Our 74 1 ton cable van(family car) was replaced by a 76 Scout so the 4 bolt motor came out of the van and to Votec where I was taking Diesel Mech. The best instructor/mentor I have ever had or met let me rebuild the motor. My car affliction was so bad I was skipping regular school to go to Votec and work on my motor. That motor is still with me and has been redone and in so many cars I can't count. That's the start of all this. There isn't enough space on the Internet to tell my journey, but I look forward to sharing some of it here. I hope I can pass something along and pick up something new here.
