I'm an 65 yr old dude into traditional hot rods and customs. I dig working on any old cars. I'm not that good but i enjoy wrenching and learning from other people. Been married to my best hot rod friend(girl) for 44 years. I'm also a believer and follower of Jesus. I tried everything else but Jesus works for me. If you're not, that's O.K. Been into rods a long time but only dedicated for the last 20 or 25 years. Also have a 35 year old daughter that's into the scene. I started a Hot Rod Gathering called ASYLUM with my best friend Matt(popsracer) in October of 06. We get together every Saturday for a couple of hours kicking dirt and telling lies over a donut and coffee. I'm an Outcast Preacher and by that I mean I take love to the streets. I'm also one of the founding instructors of Heart of a Craftsman Hot Rod Summer Camps based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We take High school age boys and help them build a Hot Rod from scratch in one week. What a hoot. Been doing it every summer since 06. By the end of this year we will have had 18 successful camps. I personally am slowly working on a 1933 Dodge Brothers pickup. My wife owns a 1964 Galaxie sedan Sled. I'm also pretty heavy into building and riding old bicycles and we have a couple of vintage camp trailers.
