I had a Model A coupe when I graduated from High School in '68, but sold it before finishing it. Other things came before cars for a few years. I wanted to get back into old cars in 1988 but only had a Volkswagen, so I lowered and shaved it and rebuilt it, patching rusted floors and body. Learned to Mig weld sheetmetal etc. When finished I bought a Model A body and began building the car I had wanted in the 60's, it's got a SBC with 3 deuces, 3" chop, no fenders. Finished the Model A a couple years ago and have been driving it since. My son and I bought a 67 Chevy pick-up to rebuild for him in 2004 and have bagged and shaved it and are planning more mods now. Now retired I have time to build a few others that I've been dreaming of the last few years. Update my son and I built a 39 Dodge bobber truck. Just bought a 31 Model A pick-up, totally disassembled, plan to restore it and soup up the banger.
