I was lucky to marry a gal who liked cars as much as I do. We built and ran circle track Sportsman and Supermodifieds in the '60's and '70's. When we quit that, we had too much time on our hands and switched interest to street rides. Race car fabrication naturally blended over to customizing.

Now we've retired and finally gotten the shop we always wanted, and the '41 is going to be refreshed. Its 3 3/8 x 3 3/4 flathead (from circle track days) will be replaced with a 5.0 HO, and the flathead will go into a track roadster for vintage racing. I hear those guys mostly sit around and tell lies, anyway, and Truelove says I've always excelled at that.
