Learned to love cars from my Dad at an early age.By the time I was 6 I could tell the difference between a 57 Pontiac,Olds,Buick,Chevy,Cadillac or Ford,and its only gotten worse with time
My Dad is now well into retirement,and still building and fabricating,and still teaching me the occasional thing or two about old cars,and the special approach it takes to working with them.
Trying to pass on the passion for rescuing old cars on to my 3 kids.Luckily,my Wife "gets it",and is very supportive,and cool with going to the track,swap meets,shows,etc.And the Lady can shift a 4-speed better than most guys I know!
