I was always around when my Dad was building a car, he was a real hot rod guy, 36 Ford 2 dr sedan, 33 Ford, 29 Roadster. Learned alot from him. Built my first Hot Rod in 1975, a 37 Chevy PU, since then I've built a 41 Ford Coupe -T- Bucket, a 32 PU, a 47 Coupe, a 40 Chevy PU, and have had a couple of Mercs. 49 and 54. I just finished building a 29 Ford Roadster. My next project will be a model A coupe, or a steel 32 roadster. I"m 64 and still having a ball building cars.
