Been doin this 50+ yrs! Started with a home built wooden downhill racer[?] with buggy wheels. Those little wheels don't hold up well !!! 1st rod was a 34 pickup on a Model A frame started in 1963 with a 239 flathead and 3 speed. Sold it in 1998 and now owned by a fellow HAMB'r member near Buffalo. Current ride is a chopped kandy red 49 Merc coupe [from a junkyard in 1985 ] and driven 45k miles. Many more projects.Interact
