I grew up in a hot rod family watching and helping on old cars at a very young age. Built my first 283 for a 63 NovaSS at 14 and have been playing with old cars and bikes since. Growing up on a ranch, I learned to do our repairs with just about anything on hand which has given me the think out of the box attitude on some of my builds. I'm a do it your self guy and I do my best at doing as much of my own work as I can.

Career wise, I spent 3 years in the Navy, and another 30 as a civilian with most of it on a Experimental Ordnance test range fabricating targets, test fixtures, modifying explosive components, setting up hundreds of different test, hooking up, pulling back, pushing a button and watching it all go away. A very cool job other than dealing with managerial politics.......

There are no problems that cannot be resolved with the proper application of explosives !
