About
I grew up loving cars and working on all my rides. Layed in the street to fix what was broken. Had quite a few cars and trucks over time (40+). Bought one new and that was the last I will do of that. Anyway, sold a '72 Mustang 'vert and stayed with the '63 Valiant convertible that I rebuilt with a 360/auto, disc, and a whole lot more. Had it for about 10 yrs. and decided to sell it so I could get back to a bike. Good thing my kid broke his wrist and told me to use his HD. Parenthood pays off! I miss my Springer but love my RK. Missed the Valiant so I picked up a '67 El Camino with a 283/4 spd. Fun but gone to fund my dream. I found a '30 Ford coupe in super shape and in many pieces. Took 3+ years but it is a runnin' machine. I was honored to have a write-up in Rod Authority when they picked up on it at a poker run. Also took a top street rod award at the ColoRodans. This is a dream come true but of all, it's a driver and will get its share of character marks from the road. Good to see the odometer turning!Interact
