    Graduate, Roosevelt School of Aviation, Albert Whitted School of Aeronautics, A&E, Ground Instructor, Multiple engine land and sea ratings.
    1946 to 61 Professional race drriver. Midgets, sprints, dirt cars, NASCAR, ARDC.
    Built 1935 Plymouth rod with 36 Ford flathead in 1942. i am obviously not young and not very computer literate so bear with me as I learn all the acronyms and initials for the various computer language.
    Owned Model A's from high school til present. 31 Vikky has 4banger with cam, balanced crank, big valves, Webber carb, "Red's" header, Borg Warner O/D, juice brakes, 35 wires, mallory, leakless pump, 6 blade fan and all kinds of good stuff. We do oour own babbitty.
    Now starting on 64 Stude Hawk. Anybody that has ever put a 351Windsor and auto trans in a Hawk is welcome to offer any advice including dont do it.
    After speending hours looking at your threads I am convinced I have found a great bunch of guys. Of couse, all car nuts are great guys!
