I had to get a better look when I noticed that it didn't have the usual three letter and three number format of a CA black plate.
Sorry Denny, but that's actually an Oregon plate if you zoom in on the photo.
That 60 BelAir has old California plates but it must have sold new at Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton Oregon, just miles from me.
