When I got back into cars later in life, my first hot rod, actually more street rod, was a 34 Ford 5W coupe. Then a 37 Slantback sedan, then a 56 Ford F100 pickup (sold it) another 56 Ford F100 pickup in the project stage (sold it), than a 49 Chevy pickup on an S10 chassis for a daily driver. Sold the 49, bought and sold a 47 Ford convertible plus some others, and now just in a maintenance mode for a 52 Buick, 54 Chevy PU, and a 32 roadster. Rebuilt wrecked cars as a teenager with my dad.
