I'm an electrical and computer engineering student at Montana State. My grandpa and my dad were both mechanics, and apparently I picked up on that. I started working on cars in high school after getting my very first car, a 1990 Mustang LX w/ a little 2.3. I bought the 51 Chevy as a project in 2008, and since have got my hands on the 52s. I never got a chance to get any real work done on any of them until now (Jan 2011) Since I moved to Bozeman for school I've been in an apartment, and I just got lucky enough to run across a good deal on a shop to rent so I'm getting to work on the 2 door. Hope to get lots of good advice and maybe some good parts from this site! I've been a member of hotrodders.com for some time, and I've read through several threads on H.A.M.B. but for some reason never registered. Figured it's time!
